How we measure impact
All of our interventions and projects are monitored, quantified and measured for the impacts they have on our beneficiaries. This is done in a number of ways such as:
- Key Performance Indicators - created in line with each of our projects/programme of work targets and required outcomes.
- The KPI is monitored and completed together with partners and beneficiaries throughout key milestones of the programme.
- Following measuring guidance from CORC and the Anna Freud Centre. We ask individuals to complete an opening and a closing Warwick Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale questionnaire. This allows us to easily and effectively monitor their wellbeing, plus provides evidence of the impacts the support has on their emotional & social wellbeing.
- Consultation and feedback Questionnaires & Testimonials collected from partners and beneficiaries
- These are then collated and included in reports that inform our partners and funders, then shape our future services to meet the needs of our beneficiaries.
Testimonials
“Thank you so much for all your help and guidance over the last few months. The progress I have made and the positive place I am in now were unimaginable a few months ago. Thank you for guiding me in discovering myself and being on the best possible path.”

“What we really need is people that make a difference and iSpace are just that. They have been working really closely with the school, individual children and also the families and wider community… and they have made a real difference.”
Headteacher at Flanshaw J and I School.
“As Director of Post 16, I really don’t know what we would do without iSpace, who have been here for us, offering support and being there for our students non-stop. Nothing is too much of an ask.”
Member of Academy Senior Leadership Team
“The time and effort iSpace have put into working with some of my most vulnerable students is second to none. Nothing phases them, no issue is ever too big to deal with. All they care about is supporting our students.”
